We have managed integrate mechanisation with the use improved seeds, fertilisers and herbicides, good agronomy and farming as a business into the smallholder farming systems.
By adding cassava specific machines including agribusiness advisory support, we have managed to increase efficiency and timeliness in the field operations by over 85%, reduced drudgery by 85%, increased yields by 300% (from 10 to over 30 tons per ha), increased income by over 200%.
5 hectares demonstration farm were established by Agridrive for practical involvement of the youths. The youths were trained on various agronomic practices ranging from efficient land preparation, weed management, soil fertility management to harvesting techniques. The group dynamics training coupled with the basic economic principles of farm management have opened their minds to see farming as a business rather than a way of life and has thus set their feet on pedestal of success.

Adedeji Dorcas is a Sales Executive in Agridrive Nigeria Limited. An Agricultural extensionist and Farm mechanization specialist, she holds a Higher National Diploma in Agricultural Extension and Management from ABU Zaria in Nigeria.
Jolaoluwa Aderiye
Operations Manager
Jolaoluwa Aderiye is a seasoned agronomist with a proven track record of excellence in agriculture, marketing, consultancy, training, and management. With over a decade of experience, he has held pivotal roles in various agricultural enterprises, showcasing his expertise in farm supervision, management, and consultancy.
Jolaoluwa’s illustrious career began at Yeshua Papaya Farms, where he successfully managed 222 acres of land and led a team of 12 staff members. He further honed his skills at Pinewood Acres, overseeing 250 acres of diverse crops and livestock. His exceptional ability to handle large-scale agricultural operations was evident at Eltees Farms, where he managed extensive plantations of maize, mango, and palm.
Jolaoluwa’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and Farm Management from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He has also obtained certifications from renowned institutions such as the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture and the International Skill Acquisition Centre.

Ibrahim Olasupo
Operations Manager
Ibrahim is the Operations Manager of Agridrive Nigeria Limited and current Project Manager of the company’s Pyropower Africa project (a 200ha of fully mechanized cassava farm).
An agronomist, agribusiness professional and agricultural mechanization expert, he is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Plant Physiology and Crop Production) from Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
ZUBAIR Idris
Deputy Country Manager
ZUBAIR, Idris is a renowned Agricultural Economist per excellence. He holds bachelor and masters degrees in Agricultural Economist. He is a member of European Association of Agricultural Economist. He is an agricultural mechanization expert with over 10 Years professional Experiences across both public and Private sector in Africa. He has successfully lead several Agricultural mechanization Projects in Nigeria. He has proven leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating Teams. He is currently the Deputy Country Manager of Agridrive Nigeria Limited coordinating the entire Operations of the Organization across all states in Nigeria. Zubair is a Nigerian National.
Dr. Olaitan Joseph Alloh
Country Manager, Nigeria
Dr. Olaitan Joseph is the Country Manager, Nigeria and a board member.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics, MSc and PhD in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development – all from the University of Ibadan.
He also holds MBA Marketing from the University of Jos. He brings into Agridrive over 25 years of experience in Agribusiness development, agricultural equipment and agro-inputs delivery, mechanization services, training and consultancy.
Before joining Agridrive Nigeria Limited,He was Marketing Director at ANVL Tractor Academy and Branch Manager, Dizengoff W.A. (Nigeria) Limited where he helped to scale up turnover significantly for over 10 years respectively. He was also a Technical Consultant to Cassava Weed Management and BASICS II Projects at IITA. As a private Consultant, he participated in crafting and documenting project blueprints, many of which have been implemented successfully including the Oyo State Agribusiness Hub Development Project. He is an Apostle of Tractorisation who is passionately committed to mechanizing Agriculture at all levels in Nigeria.
Dr. Daniel Kyallo Willy
Managing Director
Daniel Kyalo Willy is an accomplished agricultural economist with over 15 cumulative years of passionately working with smallholder farmers, particularly in designing and implementing inter-disciplinary agricultural research projects, household and market surveys and quantitative/qualitative data analysis.
His research has mainly focused on sustainable agricultural intensification and productivity, technology adoption and transfer, impact assessment of agricultural technologies, institutional economic aspects of agriculture, agri-environmental interactions and agricultural value chains assessment.
Daniel holds a Bsc. in Agricultural Economics (Egerton), an MSc. in Agricultural and Applied Economics (Egerton) and a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics (Bonn). Daniel’s accomplishment in scientific communication has been demonstrated through his publication record culminating into over 30 peer reviewed papers, conference papers, working papers, policy briefs and technical papers.
Before joining AATF, Daniel was a lecturer and researcher at the department of Agricultural Economics, Kenyatta University. Previously, he was a Post-doc research fellow at the Institute for Food and Resource Economics, University of Bonn-Germany, a research assistant at Tegemeo Institute of Agricultural Policy and Development, technical assistant at AATF, and a graduate research assistant at both Egerton University and University of Bonn.
Daniel has been instrumental in conducting research to support agricultural policy reforms in Africa such as reforms on land policies, agro-input marketing and input subsidies in Kenya, wetland resources management in Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, among others. He has successfully supervised to graduation 12 MSc. students.
Daniel held several administrative responsibilities at Kenyatta University at both school/faculty and departmental level. He is a member of the African Association of Agricultural Economists (AAAE) and has consulted for the National Research Fund (NRF) – Kenya, Solidaridad East and Central Africa, BOKU University – Austria, and Michigan State University.
Daniel is a Kenyan national.

He is a highly talented, knowledgeable, and professional Farm Manager with over 12years experiences of extensive knowledge of undertaking various farm operations with a demonstrated history of working in the agricultural value-chain. Skilled in Analytical Skills, Sales, Sales Management and a strong Agribusiness specialist. Strong information technology professional with a Master’s Degree focused in Agronomy, General from University of Ibadan.
Roghokoghene Ovuakporie
Head, Finance & Administration
Mrs. Roghokoghene Ovuakporie is a Financial Administrator by training and practise. She is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She is a seasoned banker, accountant and administrator with over two decades work experience, spanning Bank Operations, Internal Controls, Human Resources Management, Financial Administration, Risk Management and Compliance. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance.
Emmanuel Ogundiran

Emmanuel Ogundiran is graduate of Computer Engineering, with adequate knowledge, skills, and 8+ years’ experience as an IT Professional. Possess excellent working knowledge Microsoft SharePoint, SQL, database management, Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMWARE), cloud technologies(Microsoft/AWS) and a high commitment to keep up to date with latest developments. He holds several professional certifications from Microsoft. He is a Graduate member of professional bodies including Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Nigerian Society of Engineers(NSE), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS).
Yekini Jayeola
Operations officer
Yekini Jayeola is the Operations officer of Agridrive Nigeria Limited. He is agricultural specialist with 15 years of experience cutting across agribusiness, agricultural mechanization, rural development, value chain catalyst and community entrance and engagement expert. He has worked as research assistance, purchased manager, farm manager, agricultural facilitator in farms and private organizations in Nigeria. He holds MSc in Agricultural extension and rural development from University of Ibadan, Nigeria, BSc Honours in Agriculture from Tai Solarin University of Education, Ogun State and NCE in Agriculture from Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Makolo Yahaya Audu
Operations Team Lead
Makolo is the Operations Team Lead of Agridrive Limited and current the Operations Team Lead for a signed 1000ha cassava mechanization project with Dufil prima foods at Odighi community, Edo state. An expert agronomist seasoned with the knowledge of good agronomic practices (GAP), of crops like Cassava, Maize, vegetables, soy beans and rice. Being a key player in the cassava value chain for four (4) years and over 6 years’ experience in the agricultural section and research with a core training of FADEL Agricultural projects management, brazil. A Member of Entomological Society of Nigeria (ESN) with a Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Agronomy- option), from Federal University Kashere, Gombe State, Nigeria.
George Marechera
Managing Director and Board Member
George Marechera holds an MBA from Wolverhampton University, UK, a BSc Honours in Economics degree from University of Zimbabwe, and several professional management qualifications. George has over 25 years’ experience in both the private and public sector in more than 27 countries across the globe. He has worked as a Managing Director, General Manager, Senior Economist and Economist and spearheaded the implementation of major projects financed by the European Union, World Bank, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID), Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), Africa Development Bank (AfDB) and Japanese Aid. George has wide experience in the agriculture sector that includes strategic agri-business leadership and management, business strategy and models development and implementation, inclusive financing and market linkages, mechanisation and digital agriculture, gender mainstreaming and startup incubation. He has proven leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating teams. As Agri-business Specialist, George is responsible for coordinating and facilitating business initiatives between the AATF, agro-industry, smallholder farmers and all stakeholders in the agricultural industry to ensure appropriate knowledge is disseminated for effective and efficient service delivery. He is also the Managing Director of Agridrive Ltd, a social enterprise owned by AATF specializing in mechanisation and digital agriculture. George Marechera is a Zimbabwean national.
Jane Achando
Legal Counsel & Board Secretary
Jane is the Legal Counsel and Board secretary of Agridrive Limited. She’s an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 9 years’ experience ranging from legal advice, compliance, contract Management, Intellectual Property Management, and Board Secretarial functions. A Kenyan national, Jane is a holder of a Masters of Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the Kenya Methodist University, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelors of Law from the University of South Africa.
Nkiru Okpakere
Board Member
Nkiru is a board member of Agridrive Limited. She brings over 20 years working experience with a decade of that from ExxonMobil as a project and design engineer and project manager for infrastructure projects in Nigeria, the United States, Singapore, and France. She also worked as a human capital development expert and management consultant in Canada and Nigeria. In 2015, she won an award from The Centre for Value Leadership (CVL) as an Outstanding Female Entrepreneur in the Agricultural Sector. She is also a Cochran Fellow of the USDA program and an IVLP Fellow of the US Department of State program.
Nkiru currently serves as the CEO/COO of Enviro Gro Farms – a company she co-founded to produce high-end vegetables for the Nigerian Market that is a premier commercial grower and marketer of fine quality vegetables in Nigeria. The farms are run in Epe with her partner and the support of their Dutch technical partners and an expatriate agronomist.
Kwame Akuffo – Akoto
Board Chairperson
Kwame is the board chairperson of Agridrive Limited. He has over 36 years of experience in all aspects of auditing operations, administration, finance, accounting, treasury, human resources systems development, and information technology functions. He has solid financial and executive experience in non-profit organizations as well as private industry and the profession (KPMG and PKF) earlier on in his career. He previously held a senior Executive Position at the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) in Nairobi, Kenya. He also served terms on the Boards of International Agricultural Research Centers and UNESCO.
Mr. Kwame is currently the Deputy Director General -Special Duties, IITA based in Ibadan Nigeria and has played key roles in the financial management of the CGIAR (Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research) System. He also serves on the AATF Board of Trustees and is the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee. A Ghanian national, Kwame is a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) and Chartered Accountant (Ghana).
